Registration Required for Presenters
in the Following Sessions
(General Sessions, Public Symposium Sessions, GlobalNet Workshop)
Note that presentation applications for Planning Sessions must be submitted via a separate application site.
■Conference Schedule & Venue
Each presenter must complete their own individual registration.
・General Sessions / Organized Symposium Sessions:
September 9 (Tue) – 12 (Fri), 2025, at Okayama Univ. Tsushima Campus
・GlobalNet Workshop (English Poster Session):
September 8 (Mon), 2025, at Tenjin9 Noh Theater Hall (Okayama)
■Registration Period
From 9:00 AM, May 9 (Fri), 2025, to 5:00 PM, June 27 (Fri), 2025
■Submission Deadline
June 27 (Fri), 2025, 5:00 PM (JST)
No changes to registration information or cancellations will be accepted after the submission deadline.
The registration fee is determined based on the presenter's membership status (e.g., Regular Member, Student Member, or Non-Member).
If a co-author is presenting instead of the primary author, the co-author must also complete their own registration.
Only those who complete both registration and payment will be eligible to:
-Present at the conference
-Attend/listen to sessions
-Access the conference proceedings

A-Pass (formerly Confit account)
A-Pass is an account that can be used repeatedly at other Confit-enabled meetings and at future meetings.
A-Pass eliminates the need to create an account for each meeting and to manage multiple email addresses and passwords.
